Every client gets a subdomain (clientname.youragency.com) with your logo, colors, and domain. All PDFs generated use your branding. My name never appears in client-facing material. If a client asks 'who does your implementation', you can say 'our internal team' — that's the arrangement.

What's the markup you'd recommend?

Most agencies successfully resell at 2-3x. If your market is SMB, $1,500/mo ($499 cost + $1,000 margin) is common. If your market is mid-market or enterprise, $3,000-$5,000/mo per client is typical. The margin covers your strategy, client relationship, and creative services — I just handle the implementation backbone.

Can you work with my existing tools?

Yes. Patnick reads from Google Search Console, doesn't require you to drop Ahrefs or Semrush. If your strategists prefer to do their own keyword research in Semrush, that's fine — Patnick handles implementation, schema, and monitoring. We complement strategy tools, not replace them.

What if a client wants to meet the person doing the work?

You can tell them it's your internal delivery team (true — I work under your brand). If a client insists on direct contact with implementation, you have two options: (1) refuse and explain it's how your delivery works, or (2) white-label tier + agency escalation. I handle edge cases directly with your project manager, never your client.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Under 10 clients: $499/client. 10-25 clients: $449/client. 25+ clients: $399/client. Contact me directly for 50+ client enterprise agreements with dedicated infrastructure.

What happens if I lose a client?

No penalty. Each client seat is billed independently and you can cancel any seat any month. You keep the data you generated during the engagement. The 6-month minimum applies to each individual client seat, with 14-day refund on first month.
